This page explains, at a high level, how OfferPilot handles user data.

We store account information needed to run the app, including your email, profile name, and interview workspace.

Files you upload such as CVs, job descriptions, and notes are used to personalize interview guidance and evaluation.

Interview transcripts, mock sessions, and debrief data are stored so you can review progress across sessions.

We do not use your uploaded interview materials to train public models.

If you want your data removed, contact the app owner or delete the related interview records from the product when that capability is available.
